💮Holiday Shipping Deadlines:
🔹Ground Advantage: Dec.16th

💮Shipping Carrier & Rates:
Tracked shipping is provided through USPS. Ground Advantage and Priority Mail shipping services are available to select at checkout. Shipping rates are determined by USPS and calculated based on the size, weight and destination of the parcel and the service selected at checkout.
🔹Ground Advantage Shipping: estimated delivery within 2-5 business days
🔹Priority Shipping: estimated delivery within 1-3 business days
🔹Free Shipping: offered when an order reaches $65 before tax.
💮Processing & Shipping Times:
🔹Apparel Processing: 2-5 business days in production
🔹Apparel Shipping Time: Estimated 2-5 business days - ships from print provider
🔹All Other Items: Processed and shipped within 24hrs Mon-Fri.
🔹Weekends and Holidays: Orders will be processed and shipped the next business day.
Please Note: Delivery dates shown at checkout are just estimates and not guaranteed to be exact. Holidays and hazardous weather may cause delays. Packages going to Hawaii or Alaska may need a few more days in transit.
💮Apparel:
Cotton Candy Arts works with a print on demand provider to fill all apparel orders. All apparel is pressed using sublimation techniques. Sublimation requires heat and pressure to transfer pigment to fabric. Unlike DTG or DTF transfers, sublimation permanently dyes fabric. This allows the shirt to maintain a soft feel, even with an all over print design.
All apparel is made in the USA and will be shipped by our print provider. In total, it usually takes up to 10 business days to receive an order for apparel. Orders containing multiple apparel items may require more time because all apparel is made to order.
