Q: How long will it take to process and ship my order?
Monday-Friday: Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 days.
Weekends and Holidays: Orders will be processed and shipped the next business day.
Estimated shipping time is between 2-5 days after the package has been shipped. Packages going to Hawaii and Alaska may need more time in transit.
Q: Why is my order coming in multiple shipments?
A: Apparel items are print on demand, meaning they are printed at another facility and made to order. Apparel items will be shipped from the printing service filling the order.
Shipping times for print on demand items may vary. Orders containing multiple print on demand items may require more days in production. Each apparel item is made to order and production typically lasts 2-3 days. With shipping time added, you can reasonably expect to receive your order within 8-10 business days.
Q: How and where is your apparel made?
A: All apparel items are pressed using sublimation techniques. Sublimation requires heat and pressure to transfer pigment to fabric. Unlike DTG or DTF transfers, sublimation permanently dyes fabric. Sublimation also requires 100% polyester fabric for the best transfer result.
All apparel items are made and shipped by MWW On Demand, located in Hendersonville, North Carolina.
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: All sales are final. However, if an item arrives broken or damaged, I will be happy to replace or refund your order. Please see my Refund Policy for more information.
