Shipping
Orders are shipped using USPS Ground Advantage.
- Tracked Shipping - Insured up to $100
- Estimated delivery within 5 business days after being shipped
Order Processing
- In-house items are processed and shipped within 24hrs. Mon-Fri.
- T-shirt orders are sent to production within 24hrs.
- Weekend/Holiday orders will ship the next business day.
Please Note
Holidays and hazardous weather may cause delays in transit. Packages going to Hawaii or Alaska may require more days in transit.
T-Shirts
All tops are made print on demand. T-shirt orders are fulfilled and shipped by our print provider.
Technology & Inks
Our print provider uses water-based dye-sublimation inks. They print everything in their USA facility using top-quality eco-safe sublimation methods. Sublimation permanently dyes fabric, so the shirt will remain soft and cozy. These tops are a great option for those who do not like the feel of DTG or DTF printed shirts.
Quality control
Quality checks happen at every step of the manufacturing process. These checks are provided by trained operators, assuring high-quality standards.
Sublimation Printing
All t-shirt designs are printed with sublimation. Unlike DTG and DTF printing, sublimation permanently dyes fabric, allowing the shirt to remain soft, even with an all over print design.
Illustrations sublimated into fabric often appear softer than a poster print or other printing methods. This is due to the illustration being dyed into the fabric and is the normal result of sublimating clothing. While artwork should not appear blurry or pixelated, it will have a softer appearance compared to other printing methods.
Delivery
Orders are typically delivered within 10 days but may take up to 2 full weeks. Tops are sent to production within 24hrs. During production, the garment is sewn and pressed. Production can take up to 5 days before being shipped. Tracked shipping is provided through DHL/USPS.
