Return Policy

Returns and Exchanges are welcome under the following conditions:

• Items are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Return shipping costs are not covered by the store. Return labels can be purchased and printed from your customer account.

• Please return items in original packaging. 

• Washi refunds and exchanges cannot be issued if washi tape is opened/used.

• Exchanges will be completed by issuing store credit for the amount of the item you wish to return and exchange.

• Apparel cannot be returned or exchanged as it is a print on demand item. Contact me if there is an issue with the apparel you received. I'm happy to help.

How to complete a return:

1.  Sign into your customer account. Use the link provided here or select the customer icon to the left of your shopping cart.

2.  In your customer account, select the items you wish to return and the reason for the return. 

3.  Submit your return request and wait for approval. Return requests will be approved within 24hrs Monday-Friday.

4.  After your return has been approved, print the return label from your customer account, then pack and ship the return.

5.  You will be notified, and your refund will be processed after the item has returned to our store. Refunds can only be issued back to the original method of payment and may take several days to complete the transfer. Store credit will be issued if the item is being exchanged.
