All sales are final unless...

  • Your order is considered lost by the carrier
  • Your order arrives broken
  • We sent the wrong item by mistake

If you received the wrong item or if your order is lost or damaged...

Please report any issue with your order through our contact page. Please include your order# (found on your receipt) in your message.  We are happy to make it right! Please know that USPS considers a parcel lost if 7 consecutive days pass without updated tracking.

Orders are shipped using USPS Ground Advantage.

  • Tracked Shipping - Insured up to $100
  • Estimated delivery within 6-9 business days

Order Processing

  • Items are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days
  • Weekend/Holiday orders will ship the next business day.

Holidays and hazardous weather may cause delays in transit. Packages going to Hawaii or Alaska may require more days in transit.
